1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zuri Society, Zuri Signal, and all related services (collectively, "the Platform"), operated by Arcadia The Label LLC ("Zuri", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, subscribing to any tier, or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to these Terms. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
2. Who Can Use Zuri
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have legal capacity to enter a binding contract
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Use your real identity (no anonymous accounts)
3. Membership Tiers and Pricing

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Subscription Terms
4.1 Recurring Billing
All paid tiers are billed in advance on their stated cycle. By subscribing, you authorise Zuri to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4.2 Zuri Signal Free Trial
- New Signal subscribers receive a 7-day free trial
- A valid payment method is required to start the trial
- You will be charged AED 150 on day 8 unless you cancel before the trial ends
- You will receive a reminder email on day 5 and day 6 of your trial
- The trial is available once per person or payment method
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy in addition to ours.
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we retry up to 3 times over 7 days. Access is suspended if payment remains unsuccessful, and restored immediately upon successful payment.
4.5 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' written notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 How to Cancel
Cancel anytime via Account Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
5.2 Refund Policy
Signal tier: Cancel during the 7-day trial at no charge. No refund post-trial for the current month.
Essential, Executive, Inner Circle: Full refund within first 14 days. No prorated refund after 14 days.
Exceptions (full refund regardless of time): Accidental duplicate charges, platform failures exceeding 7 consecutive days, verifiable billing errors.

6. Intelligence — Important Disclaimers
All intelligence content (War Brief, Markets, Tax & Law, Property, The Signal, Ask Zuri, Morning Brief) is generated by AI including OpenAI GPT-4o and xAI Grok. You acknowledge:
- AI-generated content can contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations
- Zuri does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness
- You are responsible for independently verifying information before acting on it

7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Resell, redistribute, or publish Zuri intelligence content without written permission
- Scrape or systematically extract Platform content via automated means
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use Zuri to harass, defame, or harm any person
- Attempt to bypass tier gating or paywalls
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits
- Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited marketing
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
8. Community Features
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Zuri a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display that content within the Platform during your membership. Content shared within member-only features is confidential — do not share, screenshot, or externally distribute other members' content.
9. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, UI, branding, logos, and proprietary systems (including Zuri Scout, BD Agent, 54-Country Monitor, and Ask Zuri) are the property of Arcadia The Label LLC. "Zuri Society" and "Zuri Signal" are trademarks of Arcadia The Label LLC.
Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Platform content for personal and professional purposes only — not for republication, commercial redistribution, or AI model training.
10. B2B Partnerships
Businesses participating in Zuri's B2B programs are subject to separate commercial terms communicated at enrolment. Founding Partner status expires 6 months after enrolment unless renewed.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without refund for breach of these Terms, false information, fraudulent payment activity, Community Guidelines violations, or conduct harmful to other members or Zuri. Upon termination, your access ends, outstanding payments remain due, and data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". Zuri's total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. Zuri is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
You agree to indemnify Zuri from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Marketing Communications
Transactional emails are sent for all active accounts and cannot be opted out of. Marketing emails require separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or Account Settings.
14. Changes to These Terms
Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE. Before formal proceedings, contact [email protected] for informal resolution.
