1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zuri Society, Zuri Signal, and all related services (collectively, "the Platform"), operated by Arcadia The Label LLC ("Zuri", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, subscribing to any tier, or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to these Terms. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
This version of the Terms was published on 23 September 2026 and applies to existing members from 8 October 2026; until then, the version effective 20 April 2026 applies to them. Anyone who joins or subscribes from 23 September 2026 accepts this version when they do.
2. Who Can Use Zuri
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have legal capacity to enter a binding contract
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Use your real identity (no anonymous accounts)
3. Membership Tiers and Pricing

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT will be added at checkout once Zuri crosses the VAT registration threshold. Features may be improved or changed over time; the portal always shows what your tier currently includes.
4. Membership Terms and Billing
4.1 12-Month Memberships (Essential, Executive, Inner Circle)
These memberships are paid once, upfront, and last 12 months from the date of payment (or from the date we approve your application, if you were admitted by invitation). They do not renew automatically: we will not charge you again unless you choose to renew.
- We will email you 30 days and 7 days before your membership ends.
- Your end date is shown in the portal under Edit Profile.
- If you renew before your end date, the new 12 months start when the current ones end.
- If you do not renew, your account stays open with limited access (War Brief, My Briefs, Perspectives and the Morning Brief email). You can renew at any time from the Join page, and full access returns immediately.
4.2 Zuri Signal Subscription
Zuri Signal is billed monthly in advance, after the free trial. By subscribing, you authorise Zuri to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
4.3 Zuri Signal Free Trial
New Zuri Signal subscribers are offered a 7-day free trial. By starting the trial:
- You must provide a valid payment method
- You will be charged AED 150 when the trial ends (on day 8), unless you cancel before then
- We will email you a reminder 3 days before your trial ends
- The trial is available once per person (email address) or payment card. If you have already had one, your subscription starts, and is charged, on the day you subscribe; the Join page tells you before you pay. If the card you use has already had a trial under another email, the trial ends at sign-up and we email you
4.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe's terms and accept that your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy in addition to ours.
4.5 Failed Payments (Zuri Signal)
If a monthly Zuri Signal payment fails, Stripe will retry it over the following days. If it remains unpaid, your access is suspended until payment succeeds, when it is restored immediately.
4.6 Price Changes
We may change prices with at least 30 days' written notice. A new price for a 12-month membership applies only when you next renew. Zuri Signal subscribers who do not agree to a new price may cancel before it takes effect.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancelling Zuri Signal
Cancel at any time in the portal under Edit Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (or at the end of your free trial). You keep access until then; after that your Zuri Signal access ends.
5.2 12-Month Memberships
There is nothing to cancel: these memberships end on their end date unless you choose to renew.
5.3 Deleting Your Account
You can ask us to delete your account under Edit Profile → Delete My Account. This cancels any Zuri Signal subscription immediately, so no further payments are taken.
5.4 Refund Policy
Zuri Signal: Cancel at any time during the 7-day trial and you will not be charged. After the trial, no refund is given for the current billing month.
Essential, Executive, and Inner Circle: Full refund if requested within 14 days of payment. After 14 days, no partial refund is given for the unused part of the 12 months.
Exceptions (full refund given regardless of time): Accidental duplicate charges; Platform-wide service failures exceeding 7 consecutive days; verifiable billing errors on our part.

6. Intelligence. Important Disclaimers
All intelligence content (War Brief, Markets, Tax & Law, Property, The Signal, Ask Zuri, Morning Brief) is generated by AI models from third-party providers, currently OpenAI and xAI. You acknowledge:
- AI-generated content can contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations
- Zuri does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness
- You are responsible for independently verifying information before acting on it

7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Resell, redistribute, or publish Zuri intelligence content without written permission
- Scrape or systematically extract Platform content via automated means
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use Zuri to harass, defame, or harm any person
- Attempt to bypass tier gating or paywalls
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits
- Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited marketing
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
8. Community Features
The member directory is available from Essential (name, city and profession) and in full from Executive. Direct messaging and posting on The Board are available from Executive; events are open according to the tier shown on each event.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Zuri a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display that content within the Platform during your membership. Content shared within member-only features is confidential. Do not share, screenshot, or externally distribute other members' content.
9. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, UI, branding, logos, and proprietary systems (including Zuri Scout, BD Agent, 54-Country Monitor, and Ask Zuri) are the property of Arcadia The Label LLC. "Zuri Society" and "Zuri Signal" are trademarks of Arcadia The Label LLC.
Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Platform content for personal and professional purposes only. Not for republication, commercial redistribution, or AI model training.
10. B2B Partnerships
Businesses participating in Zuri's B2B programs are subject to separate commercial terms communicated at enrolment. Founding Partner status expires 6 months after enrolment unless renewed.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without refund for breach of these Terms, false information, fraudulent payment activity, Community Guidelines violations, or conduct harmful to other members or Zuri. Upon termination, your access ends, outstanding payments remain due, and data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". Zuri's total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. Zuri is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
You agree to indemnify Zuri from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Marketing Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails (billing, renewal reminders, account and service updates). You cannot opt out of these while holding an active account. Marketing emails require separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or in the portal under Edit Profile.
14. Changes to These Terms
Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE. Before formal proceedings, contact [email protected] for informal resolution.
